Weddings at Fairlawn
Share this occasion with your family and
friends in the elegant surroundings of Fairlawn Mansion.
You may choose
the formal parlor for a small, romantic ceremony seating 20
guests, or the bride may choose to make her entrance down the
Grand Staircase to the Main Landing where 65 guests can be seated in
the Main Hall.
Receptions for up to 125 guests and formal dinners for up to 60
can be held in the beautifully restored formal rooms on the first
floor of the mansion. The first floor is fully handicap
accessible.
Fees & Services
Fairlawn's fee for the
Ceremony includes the following:
Two (2) hours
use of the first floor and/or lawn for the event A one-hour
rehearsal Use of a private,
second floor dressing room Set-up and use of
Fairlawn's folding chairs An optional tour of
all 3 floors for your guests Time for set-up
and photos before your guests arrive
Rental fees for a
Ceremony and
Seated Dinner or Reception
include the following:
Three (3) hour
use of the first floor and/or lawn for the event One hour
rehearsal Use & set-up of
Fairlawn's folding chairs, banquet tables and tablecloths An optional tour
of the mansion for your guests Use of a

*Catering costs are
separate from rental fees
and should be made payable to your caterer.
*China rental is available from
Fairlawn for up to 65 guests.
*The event may be extended at a cost
of $100 per hour.
